Walker Lamond

Walker joined Pennebaker Hegedus Films in 2003 and has served as an Associate Producer on several films including ELAINE STRITCH AT LIBERTY, which won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy, Musical, or Variety Program and AL FRANKEN: GOD SPOKE, which premiered at the 2006 SXSW Film Festival in Austin, TX. Most recently, he and D A Pennebaker have together assembled a collection of rare outtakes from DONT LOOK BACK for a DVD release in the fall.

In 2004 he associate produced FRANKEN VS FOX, a short film that aired on the Sundance Channel in a series on the First Amendment and served as the production manager for the VOTE FOR CHANGE concert film, which also aired on the Sundance Channel. In addition to his work with Pennebaker, Walker has produced and directed several of his own films, most recently, ON THE LIP, a documentary about the New York Dolls. He is currently at work on a project about basketball superstar LEN BIAS.
